Your daily responsibilities will pertain mainly to ensuring we have a voice on all of our social media channels. Some photography and graphic design skills would be helpful but are not required. Administrative Intern
We are currently seeking an administrative intern for our 2021- 2022 Season. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is hoping to “get their foot in the door” in the event industry. We spend our weeks meeting with clients, creating custom designs for events, parties, and photo shoots. Your daily responsibilities will include scheduling, making travel arrangements, reaching out to clients, vendors, and other event professionals, updating our website, and troubleshooting any squirrely tech issues that may pop up. Occasional travel with our CEO and lead designer, Heather may be required (travel expenses will be covered).
