Never has there been a time with more employment opportunities available to us all than the times we are living in now. We recognize this and thought it would be nice to present you, new job seekers, with some of our past employee’s accounts of working at A Night in Bloom. Since floral design and the floral world, in general, are sort of a foreign language to most people, we have almost always hired our employees as interns first, and then promoted them from within. The exception to this rule is when we hire floral designers. Above all, we are seeking an ideal personality match for our team. We are a close-knit bunch of coworkers, friends, and family here. No day is ever the same and we always have to work together to produce a beautiful end product that exceeds the expectations of our clients and colleagues. We all love, work, and play hard here.
